Submission Instructions

Submitted papers must contain between 4 and 6 single spaced U.S. letter pages, including all figures, tables, and references. All submissions must be written in English.

Submissions should be formatted using the standard IEEE template for Microsoft Word or LaTeX available here. Authors should indicate their names and affiliations on the first page of the paper. All submissions must be in PDF format and render without error using standard viewers (e.g., Acrobat Reader). Submitted papers must differ significantly in content from previously published papers and must not be currently under review for any other publication.

Authors of accepted papers are expected to present their work at the workshop.

Papers must be submitted electronically through EDAS.
